TT Group sells Hemel Hempstead Headquarter Office for £5.5m

We have sold Maxted House in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire for £5.5m to leading global specialist engineering and construction company Murphy Group.

Occupying a 1.13-acre site on Maxted Road, one of the principal estate roads of the Maylands Business Area, Hemel Hempstead’s premier business district, Maxted House comprises 21,308 sq ft of modern office accommodation split across two floors, with an additional 6,066 sq ft full-height warehouse space at ground floor level.

The detached building and accompanying 123 car parking spaces are let to a single occupier, i2 Analytical UK Limited, one of Europe’s leading independent environmental testing companies.

Telereal Trillium acquired the property in 2017 from Aviva Life and Pensions.
