Charity partners
We are proud to have long-standing partnerships with the following charities:
For over 30 years, LandAid has brought businesses and individuals from across the property industry together to support projects that provide life-changing accommodation for young people facing homelessness.
LandAid provides safe, suitable and affordable accommodation, bringing young people out of the cycle of homelessness and giving them a positive future, through the award of grants, brokering free property expertise, and raising awareness of homelessness. We are a Foundation Partner, supporting the vital work that LandAid carries out across the UK.
St Mungo’s vision is that everyone has a place to call home and can fulfil their hopes and ambitions.
Last year tens of thousands of people experienced homelessness or rough sleeping in England. To combat this, St Mungo’s ran 1,317 projects, managed by 180 services, supporting almost 25,000 people. On any given night, St Mungo’s work means almost 3,000 people have a bed, and somewhere safe and warm to stay. We are a Corporate Partner, raising vital funds and volunteering our time in support.
Parkinson's is a progressive neurological condition which causes problems in the brain and gets worse over time.
People with Parkinson's have insufficient quantities of the chemical dopamine in their brain as some of the nerve cells that make it have stopped working. Around 153,000 people live with Parkinson’s in the UK, and it's the fastest growing neurological condition in the world. Our support is focussed on Parkinson's UK Virtual Biotech global drug discovery and development programme. Founded by Parkinson’s UK in 2017, Virtual Biotech is now an international programme, in partnership with the US based Parkinson’s Foundation, which identifies projects with the greatest potential to transform life for people with Parkinson’s. To date, Virtual Biotech has invested over £25 million in projects from early-stage research to world-first phase 2 clinical trials of groundbreaking new treatments.
We encourage all employees to take part in volunteering activities.
We encourage all employees to take part in volunteering activities, whether in their local community, within a team event, or in one of the company-wide organised experiences.
Our people fundraise an impressive amount for our charity partners and other charities close to their hearts, and to support them, we operate a company matching programme, meaning every penny raised is matched and, therefore, doubled.
We have a Gold Award from Payroll Giving due to our commitment to good causes by encouraging and supporting employees to donate to charity.
The Gold Award Quality Mark is a symbol of excellence and is awarded to employers who have succeeded in generating sustainable income sources for UK charities through Payroll Giving.
This allows our employees to donate to the charities of their choice, and as with fundraising, TT Group matches these donations through our matching programme.
