TT Group secures 10-year lease for Southampton industrial site, six months after purchase
Active Freight Management Limited has taken a lease on Unit 29, Solent Trading Estate in Hedge End at £196,950 (£10 psf) per annum after we acquired the unit in December 2022. The fully refurbished, self-contained warehouse has a floor area of 19,695 sq ft.
Solent Trading Estate is an established industrial park with good access to Portsmouth, Southampton, including the airport, and London. Other occupiers in the area include Screwfix, Wickes, DPD and Magnet, as well as those at the nearby Hedge End Retail Park including Sainsbury’s and Marks & Spencer.
The site was acquired by our property investment team, which is active across the UK, targeting single assets and portfolios that present opportunities to add significant value through its in-house asset management capability.
