Plans submitted for 54 high quality new homes and flexible commercial space in Shepherd’s Bush
TT Group has submitted a planning application to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) for the regeneration of the former Shepherd’s Bush Police Station site on Uxbridge Road.
Following an extensive pre-application process with LBHF, including Design Review Panel and a public consultation event in spring 2022, TT Group is pleased to have formally submitted its detailed plans for the site. These plans seek approval to demolish the existing building and provide a new development of 54 high quality homes, together with a new 300 sq m flexible commercial/community space that contributes to the commercial vitality of Uxbridge Road. The development will bring this vacant site back into use and includes affordable homes.
Award winning architect, Formation Architects, have carefully designed the scheme to sit comfortably within its local context, with the building stepping down in height, in response to the adjacent existing homes. The development will be built to high sustainability standards and will feature renewable energy features throughout.
James Bradbury, Senior Development Manager at TT Group said: “We’re delighted to be in a position to submit the application to bring this vacant former police station site back into use for the community, both through providing much needed new market and affordable homes, and a new commercial unit to bolster activity on Uxbridge Road”.
