Tony Millward

Tony’s career as a Chartered Surveyor has spanned private practice, a local authority and a fund management firm. He joined the Group in 2004 focusing on leading a team responsible for the asset management of the southern DWP portfolio, as both landlord and tenant. That culminated in taking a lead role in negotiating the various asset-related transactional and contractual issues involved in the expiry of the DWP contract in 2018.

Tony and his team now focus on all aspects of transactional asset management on the 6,700 asset BT contract, and the residual DWP occupied estate, together with dilapidations claims and rates liabilities / mitigation.
