Toby Jonas

Toby joined the Group in 2007 and was appointed to his current role in 2009. His responsibilities include strategy, new business and major change programmes within the property partnerships business.

Toby also has overall responsibility for the Group’s relationship with Birmingham City Council, having led the team that was awarded the contract in 2008.

Prior to joining, Toby spent six years as an independent consultant specialising in real estate, energy and carbon emissions management. He was also an associate at Enron Corporation where he developed and implemented a number of energy outsourcing arrangements with major corporate and industrial organisations.

Toby has a BSc (Hons) from the London School of Economics.
