Stephen Youngman

Stephen joined TT Group in 1998. Having been a key member of the acquisition team for the BT portfolio in 2001, he has since led on the commercial and contractual arrangements both internally and with BT.

Alongside his BT responsibilities Stephen provides support to new business opportunities.  In 2019 he led the underwriting and agreement of the contractual arrangements for the acquisition of Network Rail’s arch portfolio that created The Arch Company, and thereafter provided on-going support across a range of matters, whilst it transitions to a stand-alone organisation.

He joined TT as an Asset Manager working on the DWP estate, and prior to TT worked in the property teams at HSBC and the Metropolitan Police Service. He is MRICS qualified.
