Russell Gurnhill

Russell was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2018, having previously served as Group Treasurer, Corporate Finance Director, and Joint Managing Director.

Russell joined the business in 2002, having previously worked for Enterprise Oil, a FTSE-100 oil exploration and production company, with operations in 15 countries. Most of his time was spent working in treasury and was involved in over $4bn of financings, and $3bn of M&A deals.

Previously, Russell was responsible for heading up the financial planning and strategy for Enterprise's UK and Ireland business.

Prior to this, Russell qualified at Ernst & Young, working within their corporate finance department.

Russell is a member of both the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
