Mike Roberts

Mike leads the delivery of construction activity undertaken by the Group and in particular, residential developments undertaken since 2014. He is responsible for all aspects of the procurement strategy from initial designs through to construction, commissioning and handover.

He joined TT Group in 2006 as a Director of Projects and Programmes, where he led the design and construction aspects of the successful bid for the Kent BSF framework, the first phase of which consisted of 10 schools (3 PFI and 7 refurbishments), with a total value of £200m.

Prior to joining TT Group, Mike worked with a national contractor for 10 years on commercial projects, and latterly the design and build of new PFI hospitals.

Mike has over 30 years’ experience, and is a Chartered Engineer, has an Honours degree in Civil Engineering, and is a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
