Michael Peterson

Mike joined the Group in 2005 and has been focused on leasing property across a range of portfolios. He currently heads up the Lettings team and is responsible for over 100 vacant sites, including retail, industrial and office properties. Working with a network of external consultants, Mike has a wide knowledge of the UK property market and has drawn on those skills to create revenue and mitigate holding costs across the estate. Since becoming the lead in the Lettings team four years ago, Mike has overseen more than 140 lettings with a rental income in excess of £7m per annum.

Prior to joining TT Group, Mike worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and LaSalle Investment Management. He has over 20 years of property experience and is a member of the RICS.
