Mark leads our facilities management (FM) delivery with the Services team within the Group across our client contracts (Aviva and DVLA), and internal Commercial Estate. This is across all aspects of FM delivery and covers over 400 buildings and a significant cost portfolio.  He is responsible for the delivery of FM services, technical direction, energy management, health and safety and commercial management of our Services business.  Before this role, Mark led the FM services teams and suppliers for the national DWP contract, and previous to this, led the FM services teams across the BBC estate.  Mark has extensive FM knowledge, and experience built up from working in the FM industry for over 30 years in senior management positions.

We buy commercial investment properties across the UK, from single assets to portfolios, focussing on assets where we can add value through our in-house asset management capability.

Property investment

Through Lands Improvement, our strategic land business, we seek to invest in largescale greenfield and brownfield sites (200-5,000 dwellings), to deliver consented development land and the associated site infrastructure.

Strategic land

We seek to acquire brownfield sites and buildings primarily for residential-led development. We have an exceptional track record in securing planning permissions and building out schemes ranging from small developments to major projects.

Development

We work in partnership with large occupiers of property to maximise the value of complex real estate portfolios through reducing costs, releasing capital and facilitating business transformation.
