Lisa Robotham

Lisa joined TT Group in 2018. She and her team manage all areas of the employee lifecycle, learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity and inclusion, along with people strategy and operations related to organisational change. This included the employee transfer from Network Rail in the formation of The Arch Company.

Following an early career in hotel management, Lisa switched to HR, gaining an MA in HR Management and building a career within social services the NHS and affordable housing before moving into the built environment sector.

Lisa is a Fellow of the CIPD.
