Kevin Beale

Kevin joined TT Group in 2001 after being transferred from BT’s property department, where he started in 1989. He worked on the sale of BT’s property portfolio, ultimately leading to the creation of Telereal. As IS Director he is responsible for delivering the full range of IT services across TT Group.

Kevin has worked on a number of key projects, including the demobilisation of BT and DWP contracts upon expiry, the acquisition of strategic land business Lands Improvement, and the acquisition of railway arch portfolio from Network Rail, now known as The Arch Company.

Kevin began his career in IT, running the operational delivery of BT’s property systems before moving into project delivery and then programme management.
