Karen Archer

Karen leads the Commercial Estate Asset Management team, managing our tenants across several portfolios, including Royal Mail and single asset investments located throughout the UK.

She has extensive knowledge in asset and property management, and creating value from our portfolios. The team manage over 200 properties, with approx. 550 leases and an annual rent roll of £20.4m.

Karen joined TT in 2013 as a management assistant and has been supported by TT to develop her career in the property industry. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2014.
