Jonny Pitts

Jonny joined the Group in 2012. He and his team utilise the UK planning system to add value before disposing of development opportunities into the market.

Typical lot sizes can range from £100k to £40m, and the team manage the disposal of between 20-30 land / development opportunities each year across the UK.

Jonny advised on the bid for Network Rail’s portfolio, (The Arch Company joint venture partnership with Blackstone), and subsequently provided planning and disposal advice into the JV for the first 4 years of its inception.

Jonny studied at the University of Aberdeen & Cass Business School at City University; he is a member of the RICS.
