Jennifer Falzon

Jennifer joined the group in 2004, having previously worked for PwC Consulting advising in management consultancy for some of Europe’s largest companies on business strategy and analytics.

She was appointed Corporate Finance Director of TT Group in 2016, having previously served as Head of Business Modelling and as a Senior Investment Analyst. During her time at the company, she has been involved in many large corporate transactions, including the acquisition of Trillium from Land Securities Plc and the raising of £3bn in listed debt across the Group.

Jennifer also supports the business in commercial and contractual arrangements with BT.

She holds a degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, a Master’s degree in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick University, and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACMT).
