Ian Chisholm

Ian has over 20 years' experience in Real Estate. He joined TT Group in 2023 to head the marketing team, implementing a strong marketing, PR and communications programme, delivering our strategy and business objectives to both internal and external audiences.  Ian also provides valuable marketing support to different areas across the business, including our strategic land company – Lands Improvement, as well as our residential development division. He also led the rebranding and market repositioning of the Group.  He started his career in the house building sector, from here he moved into real estate investment and development consultancy, then became a Partner at John Rowan and Partners LLP, a global real estate and construction consultancy practice.   Ian has a BSc (Hons) in Business and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Private capital

We buy commercial investment properties across the UK, from single assets to portfolios, focussing on assets where we can add value through our in-house asset management capability.

Property investment

Through Lands Improvement, our strategic land business, we seek to invest in largescale greenfield and brownfield sites (200-5,000 dwellings), to deliver consented development land and the associated site infrastructure.

Strategic land

We seek to acquire brownfield sites and buildings primarily for residential-led development. We have an exceptional track record in securing planning permissions and building out schemes ranging from small developments to major projects.

Development

We work in partnership with large occupiers of property to maximise the value of complex real estate portfolios through reducing costs, releasing capital and facilitating business transformation.
