Duncan Brisbane

Duncan joined the Group in 2014. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience, focused on property development and creating value from large portfolios. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the planning, development and sales process, devising the appropriate strategies to unlock value through the delivery of optimal planning consents. Whilst at TT, Duncan has been involved in the delivery of 15 developments, over 1,000 residential units, with a GDV of £600m.

Prior to joining TT Group in 2014, Duncan had 10 years’ experience working on mixed-use planning and development projects, as well as previously working on the development of a number of London riverside residential schemes.
