Dan joined TT Group in 2015. He has been involved in seeking new investment opportunities, including the £1.46bn acquisition of Network Rail’s commercial estate forming The Arch Company in joint venture with Blackstone.  Dan holds a Master of Business degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Otago.

Property investment

Through Lands Improvement, our strategic land business, we seek to invest in largescale greenfield and brownfield sites (200-5,000 dwellings), to deliver consented development land and the associated site infrastructure.

Strategic land

We seek to acquire brownfield sites and buildings primarily for residential-led development. We have an exceptional track record in securing planning permissions and building out schemes ranging from small developments to major projects.

Development

We work in partnership with large occupiers of property to maximise the value of complex real estate portfolios through reducing costs, releasing capital and facilitating business transformation.
