Aaron Burns

Aaron is TT’s Group Company Secretary, supporting its multi-jurisdictional corporate and governance bodies and advising on various corporate legal and governance matters relating to the Group’s operational businesses. Aaron also has overall responsibility for the placement and management of the Group’s insurance programme. Whilst at TT, he has supported a variety of corporate initiatives, including complex restructurings, major acquisitions and subsequent integrations, and the design and implementation of a group-wide governance framework.

With over 20 years’ of professional experience, he is a fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute as well as an associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Prior to joining in 2012, Aaron worked within the civil engineering and media finance sectors, where he supported listed venture capital trusts and structured EIS funds. His expertise spans a wide spectrum of corporate law, governance, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, share plans and insurance.
